We would like to let you know our procedure here at the Whangarei Vehicle Testing Station on Railway Road and Clark Road Kamo.  

 

Before You Visit

• Please do not visit us if you have any cold, flu or other symptoms.

• Before visiting us please ensure your vehicle is clutter free.  You may be refused inspection if your vehicle is untidy and or filthy or overloaded with belongings and gear.  Having a clear and clean vehicle with belts done up ready, speeds up the process and lessens waiting times.

 

Attending The Branch

• When arriving for a WOF, please queue in the lane, and stay in your vehicle, do up your seatbelts. A Testing Station employee will come to you once you reach the front of the line.

 

Paying

• When you reach the front of the queue you will be asked to come inside and pay.
